In her role as COO, she supports the Executive Director and President & CEO, ensuring executive-level, organization-wide strategic leadership, management and excellence in delivering the organizations strategic plan.\r\n\r\nAs SVP of Research and Programs, Ms. Dalbec oversees and co-ordinates all data and insight sources and stakeholder engagement generating both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform program development and effectiveness as well as tracking the overall impact and reputation of Responsibility.org\u2019s work, scale and reach. Ms. Dalbec draws on her extensive experience in research to oversee and manage the organization\u2019s research and educational programs which support and deliver on the organizations missions.\r\n\r\nShe is also responsible for implementing and producing Responsibility.org\u2019s Annual Impact Report<\/a> which integrates multiple data and insights sources to provide an overall picture and performance measure of Responsibility.org\u2019s achievements and impacts. She also co-developed the current version of Alcohol101+ and Responsibility Works and manages all KPI\u2019s and scorecards for the organization.\r\n\r\nMs. Dalbec earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from George Mason University and has over 30 years of qualitative and quantitative research experience for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. In her free time Ms. Dalbec enjoys exercising, playing pickleball, visiting America\u2019s amazing national parks, and volunteering in her community.
