Her role leading the communications department includes creating, implementing and evaluating the organization\u2019s overall communications strategies under all three mission categories. Overseeing social media, public relations, external communications, and influencer programs, Erin works alongside the communications team with attention to branding, consistency, impact, and return on investment. She is dedicated to working across all departments to elevate the importance of instilling responsible lifestyle behaviors and responsible actions for all. Erin brings an expertise in project management, process implementation, and strategic thinking to every campaign and thrives on teamwork and creative communications. Erin has a bachelor\u2019s degree from The College of William &amp; Mary in business and marketing. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, and raised in southeastern Virginia, Erin now resides in Fairfax, with her husband and two children.
