He quickly advanced to Director of Communications and Digital Strategy, leading the creation of the \u201cResponsibility Starts with Me\u201d campaign and other high-impact initiatives that helped shape the organization\u2019s digital presence and messaging strategy. After sharpening his skills at the National Association of Manufacturers\u2014where he built a marketing strategy division from the ground up\u2014Sam returned to his roots at Responsibility.org, where he now drives digital innovation and brand storytelling. Sam lives in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife, Mary-Kate, their son Sawyer, and their golden retriever Teddy.
